~ Discern how much time you have, and click to find activities and supports you can use if you have 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes, or an hour, half a day, or an entire day.
~ Click on the buttons for Peace, Grace, and Healing; they will lead you to opportunities that fit what you may be looking for — peace from the chaos of the world; grace and acceptance; supports in healing from the stress of the day.
~ Or you can let your mouse hover over the Toolbox menu bar, and choose a specific method: Somatics, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Prayer. There are some overlaps among the topics, so you may see some cross-referenced items.
